As Per the updates received from PO office, FMC will be visiting on 23 Nov. Circular is appended below:-
1. FMC Technologies will be visiting AIT for campus recruitment of BE
Mechanical students on 23 and 24 Nov 10.
2. Selection Process
(a) Written Test – 1 hr 30 mins (WT will be conducted on 23 Nov 10.
Rest of the selection process will be on 24 Nov 10).
(b) Group Discussion, if needed.
(c) HR Round of Interview.
(d) Technical Round of Interview with Project Manager.
(e) Final Interview with Director.
3. Pay Package. CTC of Rs 5.16 Lakh p.a. There is a 3 year bond
period which is divided as follows:-
(a) 9 months gross salary, if quits in the first year of service.
(b) 6 months gross salary, if quits in the second year of service.
(c) 3 months gross salary, if quits in the third year of service.
4. All eligible students are required to be seated in B C Joshi Hall
by 1.50 p.m. They should be in proper college uniform and carry
college identity card, passport size photograph, and update resume.
